A Kosovan judge has ordered on Sunday 3 Germans suspected of throwing an explosive device at the European Union's headquarters in Pristina to be held for 30 days. The prosecution is seeking terrorism charges that carry a maximum 20-year sentence, say lawyers for the detainees. The explosion had shattered the windows of the EU headquarters on November 14, causing no casualties. The EU's “Blue Building” in Pristina is in the shape of a glass-plated cube.
